What you'll do
As a Dedicated Customer Success Manager you will have ownership of driving engagement and value for one, key enterprise customer.
Manage, support and develop one key customer, a large multinational food and beverage company based in Paris.
Connect with stakeholders to understand and develop expertise when it comes to what drives user value and engagement
Develop the business by identifying patterns and synergies between different end-user use cases
Proactively share customer learnings and insights with the broader Stravito team.
Work closely with Product, Tech & Design to make it happen!
What we're looking for
Previous experience as Customer Success Manager (B2B)
“Customer mindset” - knowing what to listen for, be able to separate between what is being said and what the underlying drivers are
Business-oriented - constantly thinking of how to grow and scale your customer.
Able to thrive in start-up and remote-first environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
This role is remote but applicants must be located in Paris, France
